Warranty repair
For all equipment purchased from us, we provide a guarantee, the duration of which depends on the direct coffee machine and is agreed upon when making a purchase.
Upon the occurrence of a warranty case, we carry out warranty repairs for free.
You have the right to:
- Unpaid machine repair (including replacement of parts if necessary) with the elimination of all malfunctions during the agreed warranty period.
- Free telephone consultation of our service manager during working hours.
Warranty covers:
- Warranty repair of a coffee machine is usually carried out in our service center.
- Delivery of the machine to the service center is carried out by its owner on his own or for his means.
- Terms of post-warranty repair are negotiated in each case.
The warranty does not cover:
- Violations of the operating rules (including due to unstable voltage) and maintenance of the machine.
- Carrying out independent or third-party repairs during the warranty period.
- The presence of mechanical damage to the housing, parts and electronic components.
- Damage to the machine when exposed to fire, water, chemicals or other force majeure circumstances.
